Our adult hockey league runs throughout the year with a range of skill levels from beginner to advanced. And now for players over 40 that want a friendly skate pond hockey style, we offer the Rock n Roll League. Check with the hockey office for the next season or mid season openings.
Standard leagues consist of 16 to 20 game seasons plus playoffs, two seasons per year.
To ALL Adult League Teams
With only a few games left in the Season before playoffs it is time to think about next Season. This is how it works. This Spring Season is $4800.00 for 18 games plus playoffs. Half of the Season $2400.00 will be due one week before season starts or your Team will not be playing. The balance $2400.00 will be do by the fourth game. NO EXCUSES! Teams will forfeit every game there after until Team fee is paid. Team Captain or sponsor will handle funds to be turned into the office. We will NO LONGER take individual payments from players. So start saving $$ now to pay for the next season. As you all noticed that some teams only played on certain days…Why you ask? Well, it is like this…you pay the whole league fee up front at least one week before the season starts and we will do the best we can to accommodate your preferences. This will also be on a first come first serve basis. Pay earlier to get a better slot.

- The Rules tell you all you need to know...
Each game consists of three 17 minute run time periods.
NO CHECKING at all in the league. Checking is treated as a major infraction
and offenders are thrown out of the game. Second offense results in a
ban from the league. Off-sides and icings are blown down and the puck dumped into
opposing team's end which means teams need to change on the fly.
Penalties are treated as penalty shots. After a penalty shot,
defending team gets a free out in their defensive zone.
Teams shake hands at mid-ice before and after games.
After every game there is a beverage tab at JP Mulligans. This league is about having fun more than winning.
If abiding by these rules is difficult for you, we would rather you not play in this league. |
