Pines Ice Birthday Party Policies

1. 1. There is a 50% cancellation fee once the party is booked. Parties can be rescheduled up to 1 year from the original party date with no penalty.
2. 2. The package price covers the first 10 guests plus the birthday child. Additional guests will be added to the final bill. There is no charge for any guest that is not skating.
3. 3. You are permitted to bring in your own helium inflated balloons and decorations for the party room. We do not allow piñatas, confetti, glitter or silly string into our facility.
4. 4. You may arrive 30 minutes prior to your party to set up.
5. 5. Private instructors and skating aids must be booked in advance. The skating aid discount is only available when booking the birthday party. If you wish to add skating aids on the day of the party you will be subject to the regular pricing ($10/hour) and availability. If booked, private instruction begins promptly 30 minutes after the party begins. This time cannot be changed under any circumstance.
6. 6. NO BEVERAGES are permitted into the facility.
7. 7. NO CHICKEN PRODUCTS, PIZZA, HOT DOGS or ITEMS ON OUR MENU are permitted into the facility.
8. 8. Please remember to bring the cake and anything needed for the cake such as the candles, lighter & cake cutter. Please do not bring in an ice cream cake or any items that require refrigeration as space is not available.
9. 9. A 7% sales tax will be added to your final bill. We do not accept checks. You may pay for your final bill with cash or credit card.
10. 10. Hostess gratuity is not included on the final bill.
